Lost my son in a car accident.

    I lost my son. He was 39, and he died in a head on car wreck.

    Oh no! I'm so sorry. My son died two weeks after he turned 39, a year ago. It's shocking and horrible. I wish I could hug you right now.

    It is still unbelievable. I am sorry for your loss also. No mother should loose their child. It is the worst pain I could have imagined.

    Does your son have children? Do you have other children? I have a daughter who has been my rock through this and three grandchildren, one of them is my son's; he's turning five next month. I don't get to see him much as they live in another state but we're going to see him in a couple of weeks. My son was born on my birthday and in February he was supposed to turn 40. Our birthday will forever be sad now.
