I lost my 2 yr old son 14 years ago!!
He was run over by a neighbor.
I am still after all these years having trouble with moving on with my life. I've been through divorced and my other children live happily in there new life and I'm happy for them. But my life feels lost. I want to wake up one day with purpose and motivation.
    I would love to TALK!

Hi Angelita, thank you for being here. I'm sorry to hear of your suffering and for the terrible loss you have experienced. So few people understand how our losses effect us, and I find the more time goes by the more we are expected to move on (or worse yet, to "get over it"). These losses create a ripple effect that can impact us in every part of our life, and it is hard to move forward as we feel that our very foundation was destroyed and has never been put back together. There are no easy answers, as you know, but finding support and people who are understand is a good place to start. I'm glad you are here and I hope you find the support you need. I wish you all the best...

I wish you the best to. Don't expect to get over it NOBODY should expect you to get over any death. Death changes everything about our lives and they're never the same again. I just lost my loving wonderful husband about a and a half ago. It was very sudden and unexpected my life will never be the same again because it is changed. The hardest thing in life is the death of a loved one. Especially if happens violently or or suddenly through cardiac arrest.
