I could not see that she was terminally ill

    I Lost my 19 year old cousin who was like my own child. She got ill 5 days ago just due to fatigue and then passed last Thursday in hospital. Doctors say they did not perform the tests early to diagnose her appendix. I miss her so much and I blame myself for being so negligent and not trying hard enough cause I wouldn't have envisaged I would lose her so soon.
