How do I help heal someone when I'm trying to heal myself

    I lost my brother 4 years ago and almost to the year at the date of his murder my granddaughter died my son suffocated her while they was sleep by mistake, the worst part is seeing my mother go through and my son I know I lost a brother and a grandchild but my brother was my mom's youngest son and my son daughter was only five months my son said to me I was supposed to protect her not hurt her he made a mistake that he has to live with for the rest of his life, how do I help heal someone when I'm trying to heal myself, my brother was my best friend
