Everything reminds me. . .

Yup, here I am up in Mass
When I should be down in
Fl. with my wife. Just mowed
the lawn and thinking how
many times I did that at 38th
avenue.

My heart is so sad and a good
part is due to severe loneliness
and depression to the point of
black thoughts. . . blowdryers
and bathtubs. . . well i got back
on my meds 4 that thank God
for that. And those feelings are
not there. Those meds work.

Grief hurts very much and so
does the deep loneliness that
goes with it.

It bothers me that some in the
family think I have no reason
to be sad. Like grief is not to
last more than a month or
two? Than one goes on as if
nothing ever happened?
