Moms always worry no matter how old you are. Some people who are dealing with grief have trouble sleeping and some always want to sleep. Grief is a complicated process and everyone deals with it differently. Wishing you the best.

So sorry for the loss of your close friend. I know it is so hard dealing with it. I wish I had an easy answer but there isn't one in dealing with grief. Just take one day at a time and remember all the good times you shared.
