devastating horrible pain

hello ,
actually i don't know how to start narrating my story as i'm speechless at the moment and totally depleted , i'm in horrible terrifying pain , i need to share my story

what to do if you find your partner with whom you lived 10 years sharing every single detail with each other, decided to leave you and not only that , wait the devastating disaster is coming , he got engaged to another girl in a big party, actually even i don't believe my fingers while they were typing that previous line.

please don't recommend going to doctor or taking medications because i already did and nothing works
