A future with Sofia. . . Gone

Sofia and I had some very
nice plans, fix up the living
room well, home improve-
ments, many more nice
picnics at her favorite park
and go back to our honey-
moon place. Going to the
Olive garden more often.
And being more involved
with our church.

Those wonderfull plans
are SO gone. I am up in
Massachusetts and I am
just flat out very sad and
depressed. I really don't
have much heart in any
thing and can not talk
about it. I just have to keep
going on, being strong and
made to stifle my thoughts
and that I think is the worst
part. keeping my thoughts
to myself.

I'd say I know more about
grief than anyone else in
the family. They have been
helping me find a place to
live snd that is very helpful
But I need/ needed some 1
to just listen for a while.
I sadly feel I am going to be
in the dumps for some time.
