So Alone

Bruce and Rose, everyone is
unique, but for me, 5 hours
wouldn't allow me to enjoy the
late night dancing I do with the
female friends I didn't know a
year ago. About 7 hours works
for me. Right after Linda died,when I was in a state of
shock, I couldn't sleep at ALL,
bc I kept seeing her collapse,
then die, in front of me, and I
had PTSD. My doctor gave me
over the counter, non addictive
Melatonin to relax me enough
to sleep about 4 hours. Gradually, talking through my
horror, guilt, depression, and
loneliness after Linda died, I
was able to sleep longer. I know
Rose has family. Do you have
any family , or care from a PCP
(Primary Care Physician), Bruce? Lou

Bruce, glad to hear you will
see grief counselor. I had 2.
I didn't like the 1st guy, who
was not empathetic, and went
to a much more compassionate
woman, the 2nd time. When
you email me, make sure @ is
in the email address, or it won't

Rose, being the persistent PITA
( pain in the ass) that I am, I
badgered "Kelso" to reveal his
first name, and that of his wife.
He IS Bruce , and wife was Terry.
I believe that saying the names
is the first step in the grief
journey,though I understand
why you, & other widows here ,
wish to protect their privacy.
