Complicated grieving

Need to connect with someone trained to process re this experience. Please let me know if you know of someone. Medicare is not much help. Need wise counsel.

 

Hello Grace, what helped me the most was contacting a local hospice group. They have the most updated resource options, and might have therapist well-trained in grief issues on staff, and Medicare certified.

Even if you weren’t previously connected with hospice, they can help you find someone who understands how to process complicated grief.
