    Hi,

I haven't tried this before, but I've read everywhere that eventually our focus & concentration will return. Although I am better than the first year & slightly better than the second year, I still have considerable trouble concentrating & focusing. Even my memory hasn't completely returned.

I recently weaned off a very low dose of antidepressant approximately 3 months ago & I feel that my memory has gotten worse as well as my concentration. I used to love reading books. I still can't get through a chapter in a week.

I'm beginning to despair of ever retrieving my mind again. Has anyone had this same struggle so long after losing their spouse?
