Sudden loss of my daughter

I lost my daughter in 2016 she was 28 they said it was natural cause she fell asleep and never woke up I find it hard to consctrate and I forgot things is anyone else like this thank you for time to read this

 

Yes I lost my husband in March 2016. He died while snow shoeing. I still can't concentrate at times. My memory since his death is bad and my concept of time (days, weeks, months) is a blur
