Loss of Dad and Pregnancy

I lost my dad suddenly from a heart attack February 13 of this year. 2 weeks later (this week) I lost my 2nd pregnancy to a miscarriage. I am so overwhelmed that I am just filled with numbness. Not sure how to process so much grief all at once.

 

I am sorry to hear that-I cannot imagine how difficult that must be when both things happened so close together. I lost my dad in a car accident two years ago and this past December I had a miscarriage and I am still struggling with both. I sort of felt like the miscarriage just brought all the emotions about my dad back ten times stronger and I am not really sure why.
