How would you try to sleep with an image of your loved one stuck in your head?

I was woken up this morning at 6:30 to my sister shouting. When I got out of bed I never thought that I would find out that my grandfather had fallen during the night while I was asleep in the same house. When I ran to him he was flat on his face with blood under his nose. When I touched him his arm was cold and I couldn't tell if he was breathing. After the ambulance had come the first responders tried their best to help him, but it was about ten minutes later that they told me, my sister, and my grandmother that he had passed on. I can't stop seeing him lying there on the floor. It has gotten so bad since this morning that I can't sleep or even relax for more than a couple of minutes. I just want my grandfather back and that this whole day was just one big nightmare.
