Greetings, I am new here. I lost my beloved aunt whom I loved so dearly last October. There are simply no words to describe the pain in my heart. She died suddenly of cardiac arrest. I feel intense amount of guilt for not having done more for her. She and I adored each other. I am quite traumatized also because of the way in which I found her when she passed away. I have read several books on grief but I just can't move past my pain. I have visited her grave 4 times in the last 2 months since she died and if I had one wish in this world, I wish that God would bring her back to my family, to me. I am hoping to connect with others to share with here because I feel that everyone has moved on with their lives and I am still in heavy mourning.
